Sunday Slackers

On Sundays we set up the slackfline, bring a big bag full of ball games etc. to play around with and hang out for a few hours.


Please feel free to bring anything that you want to play with a group.
It's a great opportunity to get outside, get moving and meet some new people.

Any fitness levels are welcome to join.

Please bear in mind it’s not a 'coaching' session. If you need any help, feel free to ask. We will be joining in too, but will be available if you have any questions or need any advice during any of the sessions.

We are a friendly and welcoming group so feel free to join us at any time. For your first session, it will be best to come on time so we can get introduced first.

If the weather is working against us, we will head somewhere else. Possibly to a climbing wall, gym or to do something random like trampolining.
If you have suggestions of something you'd like to try with a group, let us know...we're always happy to try something new.

Please be aware of your limitations and be careful, it's always best to start slow and be safe.
